Overview:
Increase customer base by better managing leads and opportunities. The Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is an invaluable tool to help Sales Representatives convert their leads to opportunities, and build stronger relationships with their customers. They will learn how to manage their leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities efficiently, in addition to using activity management, reports, and the mobile device.
